Logon (A)

  • Each member will have their own logon and password. Your logon should be first name.last name.
  • At the very top right hand corner there is link to logon. Click this, enter your logon info and the Member’s Area page will display.
  • When you are finished remember to logout by clicking the same link at top right corner.
  • A1-Under the Connect drop down there is a link to SGBC Members. You can click it and logon too.

 

Member’s Area Page

Below is a description of where to find different things.

  • (B)- Links to different pages in the member’s area including: directory, prayer request, business meetings, members only documents, deacon list, sermons, announcements & volunteer form.
  • (C)- Announcement area. The most recent announcement will be posted here. You can click the title of the announcement to read the entire post. There is also a button for the volunteer form. Click it to go to the form.
  • (D)-Upcoming birthdays for the next 7 days will show here.
  • (E)- Upcoming Events/Calendar for one month. Click next to view the next month’s activities.

Volunteer Form

At the bottom of the page is the volunteer form. Complete the form and hit submit to send it to us. There are lots of places for members to volunteer to help. From serving on committees to one time special needs. You can also fill in the section with special talents or interest you might have and want to share.

 

Public Parts Of Our Website

You can click one of the navigation links at the top of the page to access that page. If you hover over the link with your mouse additional links will appear underneath.

  • Connect-all the ministries are in this area. If you click Connect it goes to a page where all the ministries are listed. You can also go directly to a specific ministry page by clicking a link under Connect.
  • About SGBC- What our church believes in, the Southern Baptist doctrine, contact the church and email with questions.
  • On-Line Giving- You can donate to the church via Pay Pal. You can use this to pay with credit card, checking account or from your Pay Pal account. You do not need to have a Pay Pal account to use this. The church is charged a fee when it is paid by credit card. We are not charged a fee if you pay from funds in your Pay Pal account.
  • Calendar- Upcoming events at our church.
  • Sermons- Sermons will now be on the website. There is a link to Mix Cloud for past sermons. You can download the sermon, read the sermon notes & bible verse. You can listen to it from the webpage or download to listen in your car, phone or other device.
